Biography
Lauren was a regular cast member on season 14 of MADtv.
She is currently recurring on Disney Channels: Stuck in the Middle, Gamers Guide, and Jessie.
She was also on: HBOs True Blood, Comedy Centrals The Sarah Silverman Program, How I Met your Mother, Modern Family, Parenthood, The Crazy Ones, Vegas, Imagination Movers, Girlfriends, World Cup Comedy, Strong Medicine, ReelzTV, Acceptable TV, and currently three Episodes of Andy Cohen's Then and Now.
She stars in the Film The Engagement Claus (Christmas 2016)
She was the face of Bank One and lots of commercials. She performed in the Made up Game Show with Wayne Brady. Lauren started improvising in 1991. She performs at Improv Olympic, ComedySportz and UCB.
She Hosts the New Years eve countdown on the Castle at Disneyland.
She has performed with The Thrilling Adventure Hour podcast.
She performs, teaches, and does corporate team building through improv with companies like Disney, Nestlé, Yahoo, Google, Sony..and many more.

Lauren has been improvising since 1991.
She has improvised with: SAK Comedy Lab, Wayne Brady and Friends, Nerdist/NerdMelt: Meltdown Comics, Improv Olympic, UCB, Opening Night the Improvised Musical, Theatre Sports: London, Seattle, San Fransisco, Atlanta, Orlando, and Los Angeles. Disney's Comedy Warehouse and ACME.
She produced and directed multiple shows and companies in LA.
Lauren is one half of the duo gal team Laurelly! Current iOWest Cage Match Champs undefeated at 69 weeks.
Lauren joined ComedySportz in 2002. She has performed CSz in Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Provo, Salt Lake, Quad Cities, and with corporate events in Seattle Dallas, Buffalo, SantaFe, Napa, and many more.
She is a member of Chickspeare, in Los Angeles and Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival....and more. She has been teaching and directing with ComedySportz, Seattle Theatre Sports, Sak ComedyLab and more. She taught for the CSzLA HighSchool league then developed the CSzLA adult university program and its curriculum, then launched and directs the CSzLA Sunday Team.
Lauren was the guest artist teacher for the east coast improv winter festival in Richmond Virginia.
She currently private coaches teams around LA from: IOWest, UCB, Second City, Nerdist, CSz, and more. She performs, teaches, and does corporate team building through improv with companies like Disney, Nestlé, Yahoo, Google, Sony..and many more.
Lauren appeared as an improviser in 6 episodes of Kelsey's Grammer's TV show World Cup Comedy. And helped launch improv show on board the Disney Cruise line inaugural cruise of the Disney Wonder from Venice Italy.
She hosted the national tour of Game Lab live for Nickelodeon, and has been the host of international meetings for Old Navy, Taco Bueno, HP, Disney and many more. She does improv and corporate events for Disneyland and Universal Studios.
